Hazard analysis under the Austrian Employee Protection Act (ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetz, ASchG).
Conversion assessment – clarifying whether a machine conversion remains a hazard analysis under the ASchG or makes you the manufacturer of the machine.
Hazard assessment under the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV).
Safety concept as a supplement to the risk assessment, hazard analysis, or hazard assessment.
PL calculation according to EN ISO 13849-1 – calculation and verification of the Performance Level of your safety-related control functions.
Documentation – preparation or review in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC or, from 20 January 2027, the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, and machine-specific Type C standards.
Validation – after implementing the measures defined in the safety concept, or following a machine modification.
CE conformity consulting for the directive-compliant implementation of your machinery and its documentation.
Machinery safety workshops, individual or on specific topics, e.g. CE marking, functional safety, or the operation and modification of machinery.
MVO Readiness Check – The MVO Readiness Check shows, within a single day, where your company stands and what still needs to be done.
Workplace evaluation under the Austrian Employee Protection Act (ArbeitnehmerInnenschutzgesetz, ASchG).
Individual safety consulting on the specific safety requirements of your machinery and workplaces.
The written reports can be prepared directly in German or English. If this is already known at the quotation stage, no additional costs will be incurred. Should you need the reports in other languages, I am happy to arrange the translations for you, so that you can keep your own resources available for your core business.
Are you delivering machinery into German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)? 4S can also act as your German-speaking point of contact on site and support the entire project from a safety-engineering perspective. Technical documents are prepared directly in German or English; a Spanish or Swedish version is translated on request.
